1. Check-In/Check-Out Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:30 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

2. Reservation Confirmation To secure your reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. The card will be authorized for the full amount of the stay, and actual charges will be processed upon check-in or check-out. In case of non-arrival or late cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Cancellation and Modification Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of reservation and rate plan selected. Please review the specific cancellation terms during the booking process. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1. Smoking Policy Jim Corbett Stay is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, accommodations, and public spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for the convenience of our guests.

2. Pet Policy With respect to the diverse wildlife in the vicinity, pets are not permitted on the premises, except for service animals in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Damage and Loss Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. Charges for repair or replacement of damaged items will be applied to the original form of payment.
